How It Works
Create Your Account
Sign up for a free account at Static Forms. You'll receive a unique API key that identifies your account.
Add API Key to Your Form
Include your API key in your HTML form as a hidden field and point the form action to our API endpoint.
Add Your Form Fields
Add the form fields you need. All fields will be included in the email you receive.
Receive Submissions
When someone submits your form, you'll receive an email with all the form data. You can also view submissions in your dashboard.
Pro Tip
