How your name and avatar appear to teammates, and how to change the email you sign in with.
Profile is the personal identity section of your account — shared across every workspace you belong to. Editing your name here changes how teammates see you everywhere.
Avatar
Static Forms shows a 56×56 initials avatar generated from your name. Custom avatar uploads aren't supported yet — the initials are auto-generated from the first letter of your first and last name.
Full name
Up to 100 characters. Edit and save with the global save bar at the bottom of the screen. Changes apply immediately across every workspace.
Your email is read-only until you start a change flow. The field shows your current email with a Change email link below it.

Your old email stays active during the change
The change isn't applied until you complete the OTP step. If you abandon the flow, your old email remains in effect — nothing breaks.
Email vs sign-in method
Changing your email doesn't disconnect Google sign-in. If your Google account uses a different address, you'll be able to sign in with either after the change. To manage sign-in providers, see Security.
