Form content and data collection
You are responsible for the forms you publish, the data you collect, and the destinations you send that data to. You should only collect information you are authorized to collect, clearly explain your use of that information, and keep your published privacy disclosures up to date.
If you enable features such as submission storage, webhooks, or AI replies, you remain responsible for ensuring those workflows comply with your legal and contractual obligations.
Security and platform misuse
Static Forms exists to process legitimate form submissions. You may not use the service to stress-test our infrastructure, scrape service behavior, enumerate other users, or automate traffic in ways that degrade performance or reliability for others.
We may apply safeguards such as rate limits, CAPTCHA enforcement, content review, account restrictions, or temporary blocking when we detect suspicious or harmful activity.
Enforcement
If we believe this policy has been violated, we may investigate and take action without prior notice. Actions can include rejecting submissions, disabling individual forms or API keys, suspending features, removing stored data tied to abuse, or terminating the account.
We may also preserve and disclose relevant information where required to protect customers, investigate abuse, comply with law, or respond to lawful requests.
Reporting abuse
If you believe Static Forms is being used for phishing, spam, malware, or other harmful conduct, please submit a report through our abuse reporting form.
