AI Credits
Top up, configure auto top-up, and review usage of AI reply credits.
AI Credits is the wallet that powers AI reply. Credits are denominated in USD and consumed per generation based on tokens used. The page has four cards: Balance, Auto top-up, Payment method, and Transaction history.
Tier gating
Available on plans that include AI reply (Pro and above). On lower tiers, opening this page redirects to Plan & usage.
Balance
Shows your current USD balance. Quick-add buttons offer preset top-up amounts; the custom input lets you enter any amount. Errors (failed card, invalid amount) display inline below the buttons.
Auto top-up
Enable auto top-up to refill credits automatically whenever your balance falls below a threshold. Two fields:
- Threshold (USD) — when balance drops below this, a top-up triggers.
- Top-up amount (USD) — how much is added when triggered.
Save your settings; auto top-ups run silently and add ledger entries you can see in Transaction history.
Payment method
Shows the saved card (e.g. •••• 4242) and its expiry. Update opens the Stripe setup flow to replace it; Remove deletes the card after confirmation (auto top-up is automatically disabled if you remove the only card on file).
Transaction history
