AI Credits
Top up, configure auto top-up, and review usage of AI reply credits.
AI Credits is the wallet that powers AI reply. Credits are denominated in USD and consumed per generation based on tokens used. The page has your balance, credit purchases, automatic top-ups, and recent activity.
Plan gating
Available on plans that include AI reply — the Starter plan and above. On Free, opening this page redirects to Plan & usage.
Balance
Shows your current USD balance. Quick-add buttons offer preset top-up amounts; the custom input lets you enter any amount. Errors (failed card, invalid amount) display inline below the buttons. Select the saved-card option before continuing to Stripe Checkout to reuse a card already on file, including your subscription card.
Auto top-up
Enable auto top-up to refill credits automatically whenever your balance falls below a threshold. Two fields:
- Threshold (USD) — when balance drops below this, a top-up triggers.
- Top-up amount (USD) — how much is added when triggered.
Review the displayed card, enable automatic charges, and save your settings. If your subscription has a usable saved card, no separate card setup is required. Automatic top-ups add entries to your transaction history.
Payment method
Auto top-up shows the card brand and last four digits. A card previously selected for credits takes priority; otherwise, your subscription card or default billing card is used. Update card opens Stripe to save a card for credits. Reset auto top-up disables automatic charges and clears the credit-specific card selection. Your subscription card stays on Stripe. If no usable card is available, add one through Stripe before enabling automatic charges.
