If you're not receiving form submission emails, this guide will help you identify and fix the issue.

Emails may be filtered by spam filters. Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.

When you find the email in spam:
- Mark it as "Not Spam" or "Not Junk"
- Move it to your inbox

If not verified, check your inbox for a verification email and click the verification link.
Update if Needed
If the email is incorrect, update it and verify the new address.

Verify you haven't exceeded your monthly email limit:
- Free tier: 500 emails/month
- Pro tier: 25,000 emails/month
- Check your dashboard for current usage
