Billing
Subscription, payment method, invoices, and overage billing — all in one place.
Billing is owner-only. Members see a read-only view. The page surfaces three cards: a cancellation banner (only when a cancellation is scheduled), the Subscription card, and the Overage billing card.
Subscription
The Subscription card opens the secure Stripe billing portal in a new tab. From the portal you can:
- Update the credit card on file.
- Download past invoices as PDFs.
- Cancel the subscription (or reactivate one scheduled to cancel).
- Switch billing interval (monthly ↔ annual).
Cancellation banner
If you've cancelled but the period hasn't ended yet, a banner appears at the top: "Pro ends in N days. Your subscription will not renew after [date]. You'll keep access until then, then drop to the Free plan." You can change your mind with a single click on the Keep my subscription button.
What happens after cancellation
When the period ends, you drop to Free. Forms above the Free form limit are paused (not deleted) until you delete some or re-upgrade. Submissions remain in Inbox indefinitely.
Overage billing
Overage billing lets you exceed your plan's submission limit and pay per submission for the overflow, instead of being throttled. Toggle it on from the Overage card. If you have no payment method on file, an "Add a payment method" card appears first — you need a card on file before overage can be enabled.
Once enabled, the card shows your current period's overage count and an estimated cost. Billing for overage is added to your next invoice.
Not available during trial
The overage toggle is disabled on Pro Trial and Agency Trial — overage billing requires an active paid subscription.
Refunds
Refund requests go through support — open a ticket from /contact. We honor refunds for accidental upgrades or downgrades and for periods of significant outage.
