Notifications

Email Static Forms sends you. Submission emails are configured per form, not here.

Notifications has two toggles, both for emails sent to you. Whether a submission gets emailed to your form's recipients is a per-form setting — see Forms → Delivery.

Submission notifications

Toggle whether you personally receive a per-submission email for every submission across every form in workspaces you own. On by default.

Free tier can't disable this

On the Free plan this toggle is locked on, with the explanation: "Per-submission emails. Required on Free — upgrade and enable form collection to turn this off." On paid plans you can disable it freely (Inbox still records every submission either way).

Product updates

Occasional emails about new features, changelogs, and breaking changes. Less than monthly. Toggle off if you'd rather follow the changelog directly.

What this doesn't control

  • Recipients of submission emails — that's per-form, in Delivery.
  • Auto-reply / AI reply emails — sent to submitters, configured per form.
  • Billing emails — receipts and invoices always send to your account email.
  • Security emails — sign-in codes and email-change codes always send. You can't opt out.
