Plan & Usage
Your current plan, your usage against its limits, and where to upgrade.
Plan & usage is the dashboard for your subscription state. It surfaces two things: how much of each limit you've used in the current billing window, and what your plan currently includes.
This period's usage
The top card shows a row per metered resource. Each row has a current value, the plan's limit, and a label for the period (e.g. 05/01/2026 – 05/31/2026 · 30-day window).
- Submissions — submissions received this period.
- Forms — forms currently in this workspace.
- File storage — bytes used vs. your plan quota (Starter: 1 GB, Pro: 5 GB, Agency: 10 GB). Only shown on tiers that include persistent file storage.
- Team members — current count vs. limit (shown only on tiers that support teams).
The window rolls
The submissions counter resets on a 30-day rolling window from your subscription start date — not on the calendar month. The window label always shows the exact range.
Plan details
The lower card describes your current plan and includes one of three messages:
- Trial countdown ("N days remaining…") — for Pro Trial or Agency Trial. Starter has no trial.
- Free upsell ("Upgrade to remove limits…") — for the Free plan.
- Active ("Your paid plan is active…") — for paid plans.
Below the message is a bulleted list of plan features (e.g. "X submissions per month", "Unlimited forms", "Webhooks + Google Sheets"). Workspace owners on Free or Trial tiers also see a See plans button linking to pricing.
What each plan includes
- Free — 250 emails per month, one form, 1-year submission retention with the last 30 days visible in your inbox, reCAPTCHA v2.
- Starter ($6/month, or $48/year — $4/month billed annually) — 3,000 submissions per month, unlimited forms, 1 GB file storage, AI Reply, webhooks with Slack, Telegram and Discord, autoresponders, advanced CAPTCHA, domain restriction, and priority email support. Submission retention is unlimited by default, configurable down to 30 days, with unlimited inbox history.
- Pro ($9/month, or $90/year) — 25,000 submissions per month, 5 GB file storage, unlimited submission retention, Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable and Mailchimp, form rules, custom email templates, a custom sending domain, CC emails, branding removal, and opt-in overage billing.
- Agency ($19/month, or $192/year) — 30,000 submissions per month, 10 GB file storage, team members, and everything in Pro.
Starter is a hard cap
Starter has no overage billing. When the 3,000-submission quota is reached, new submissions are rejected for the rest of the period and the dashboard prompts an upgrade. Only Pro and Agency can opt in to overage billing and keep sending past the quota at a metered rate.
Hitting a limit
When you reach your submission limit, new submissions are rejected at the API with a 429 status — unless you're on Pro or Agency and have enabled overage billing, in which case overflow continues at a per-email rate. On Free and Starter there is no overage: the only way past the quota is to upgrade. Form limits and member limits block the corresponding action (creating a new form, sending a new invite) and show an upgrade prompt.
