Spam Filter
Content-based spam filtering with three sensitivity levels.
The spam filter analyzes submission content (not the sender) and routes anything that looks like spam to the Spam tab in Inbox instead of your normal inbox. It works on top of whatever captcha and domain restriction you've configured in Security — those block bots; this catches what they miss.
Levels
| Level | Behavior | Use when |
|---|---|---|
| Aggressive | Higher recall, more false positives. Submissions are moved to Spam if they trip multiple signals. | You're getting bombarded and prefer to triage Spam manually. |
| Standard | Balanced default. Catches obvious spam without flagging legitimate submissions. | Most forms — leave this on unless you have a reason to change. |
| Off | No filtering. Every submission goes to the main Inbox. | You handle spam externally, or you're testing. |
Where spam goes
Filtered submissions appear under the Spam tab in Inbox with an unread badge. You can review and re-mark them as not spam if the filter got it wrong.
How it differs from Security
- Security rejects submissions before they reach your inbox at all — captchas, honeypot, domain checks.
- Spam filter accepts the submission, then sorts it into Spam if the content looks suspicious. You can still see and recover it.
