Forms Overview
Every form is configured independently, with its own editor and its own settings.
A form in Static Forms is the endpoint your HTML form posts to plus the bundle of settings that govern what happens to each submission. You can have as many forms as your plan allows, and each one is configured independently — different recipients, captchas, auto-replies, branding, and so on.
Per-form, not global
Every setting that affects what happens to a submission lives inside the form, under one of the editor's eight tabs. Account-wide concerns (team, billing, AI credit balance, registered sending domains) live in Workspace.
The Forms list
Open Forms from the sidebar to see every form in your workspace. From the list you can create a new form, open an existing form's editor, or pause a form by toggling its status off.
The form editor
Clicking a form opens the editor, which has eight tabs down the side. Each tab focuses on one part of the form's behavior:
General
Name, status, API key, embed
Delivery
Recipients, webhooks, integrations
Custom domain
Pick a workspace domain to send from
Branding
Remove branding, custom email template
Auto-reply
Templated confirmation emails
AI reply
LLM-generated responses
Security
Captcha, honeypot, domain restriction
Spam filter
Three-level content filtering
For a quick tour with one paragraph per tab, see Form Editor Tour.
The save bar
Every editor tab shares one save bar that appears at the bottom of the screen as soon as anything is changed. You can edit multiple tabs before saving — switching tabs while unsaved changes exist will prompt you to save or discard first.
