Branding
White-label notification emails and design a custom HTML template for auto-replies.
Branding holds two related controls: a workspace-wide toggle to strip the "Powered by StaticForms" footer from every email, and a per-form HTML template for auto-replies and AI replies.
Remove "Powered by StaticForms"
This is a workspace-level setting that's surfaced here for convenience — toggling it on this form turns it on for every form in the workspace, and vice-versa. When enabled, the small footer below every notification and reply email is hidden.
Workspace, not per form
Even though the toggle lives in the Branding tab, the choice applies workspace-wide. If you need the footer on some forms and not others, you can't split it — but it's intentional, so trust the toggle and don't expect surprises.
Custom email template
Per-form HTML template used to render auto-reply and AI reply emails. When the toggle is on, your template is used instead of the default styled wrapper. Static Forms substitutes the rendered reply body into a placeholder you mark inside the template.
Common patterns:
- Brand-colored header bar with your logo.
- Footer block with your physical address (required for some email regulations).
- Inline CSS for typography that survives client rewriting (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail).
Test in clients you care about
HTML email rendering is famously inconsistent. After saving, send a test submission to yourself and inspect the email in the clients your audience uses.
