Delete Account
Permanently remove your profile, every form, and every submission.
This is irreversible
Deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no soft-delete, no grace period, no undo. If you might want this data later, export your submissions first from each form's Inbox.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile (name, email, sign-in connections).
- Every form you own.
- Every submission across those forms.
- Every team-member invitation you sent.
- Your AI credit balance (any remaining balance is forfeit).
- Custom domains registered to your workspace (DNS records at your provider remain — clean those up at your registrar).
What doesn't get deleted
- Past invoices — kept for accounting/tax compliance, accessible via the Stripe portal until the account is fully removed.
- Server logs — retained per our retention policy (see the privacy policy).
Steps

Cancel any active subscription
The Delete button is disabled while you have an active subscription. Open Workspace → Billing and cancel first. You'll see the message: "You have an active subscription. Cancel it from Billing before deleting your account."

Open Account → Delete account
The section is at the bottom of the page, marked in red. Click Delete my account.

Type the confirmation phrase
A text field appears with placeholder
DELETE_MY_ACCOUNT. Type that exact phrase to enable the Permanently delete button.4
Click Permanently delete
Account, forms, and submissions are removed. You'll be signed out and redirected to the home page. The email address is freed up — anyone (including you) can create a new account with it.
Need to delete just a form, not the account?
Open the form's General tab. Delete is at the bottom of the page. Form deletion removes the form and its submissions but leaves your account, team, and other forms untouched.
