Form Editor Tour
The eight tabs at a glance, in the order you'll see them along the side of every form.
Every form opens to the same editor: a header with the form's name on top, a sub-nav down the side, and the active tab's content in the main pane. Settings are saved with a shared save bar that appears at the bottom of the screen whenever any tab has unsaved changes — switching tabs while dirty will prompt you to save or discard.
One save bar, many tabs
You can edit multiple tabs before saving — the save bar tracks every change. There is no per-tab "Save" button.
General
The form's identity. Set the form name (max 80 characters), toggle the status on or off to pause submissions, copy the form's API key, and grab a ready-to-paste HTML embed snippet from the collapsible code block.
Delivery
Where submissions go. Configure CC emails (up to 5 verified recipients), a webhook (URL plus auth — none / bearer / basic / custom header), Google Sheets sync, and Slack notifications. Each integration is gated by tier — locked integrations show an inline upgrade card.
Custom domain Pro
Choose which workspace-registered domain this form should send notification emails from, and optionally override the sender local part (the bit before the @). The domain itself is registered and DNS-verified once in Workspace → Custom domain — you don't set up DNS here.
Branding Agency
Toggle Remove "Powered by StaticForms" (a workspace-wide preference that's surfaced here for convenience) and configure a custom HTML email template for this form's auto-reply.
Auto-reply
Send an automatic confirmation to whoever submitted the form. Set the from name, subject, and message body — all support the template variables {{email}}, {{name}}, {{form}}, {{date}}, {{message}}, and {{field}}. A live preview pane shows the rendered output as you type. Optionally restrict replies to submissions where a specific field equals a specific value.
AI reply Pro
Like Auto-reply, but the message body is generated by an LLM using a knowledge base you provide. Tune tone (submitter / warm / direct / formal) and length (submitter / short / medium / long), and set Dos and Don'ts guidelines. The embedded credit-wallet widget tracks your AI balance — top up from Workspace → AI credits.
Security
Two cards on one page: Domain restriction (a list of approved submission origins plus an "Allow localhost" checkbox for development) and CAPTCHA (pick one of Turnstile, reCAPTCHA, hCaptcha, or ALTCHA and paste the provider's site key). Captcha is a Pro feature.
Spam filter
A single setting: the filter level — aggressive, standard, or off. Available on every tier.
