Choosing the Right Integration Method
Different integrations work best for different use cases:
Automation Platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n)
Best for connecting to multiple services, transforming data, and creating complex workflows without coding.
- Zapier: Easiest to use, great for simple automations
- Make: More powerful transformations, better for complex workflows
- n8n: Self-hosted option, full control over your data
Native Messaging Integrations (Slack, Telegram, Discord)
Best for instant team notifications. All are built directly into Static Forms and configured per-form on the form's Delivery settings — no third-party automation platform needed.
- Slack: One-click OAuth — authorize once and choose a channel to post to
- Telegram: Add your bot token and chat ID to post submissions to a Telegram chat
- Discord: Webhook-based — paste a Discord webhook URL per form to target any channel
Native Data & Email Integrations (Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable, Mailchimp)
Best for storing, organizing, and acting on form submissions. All are native one-click OAuth integrations — connect the service once and configure it per-form. No automation platform required.
- Google Sheets: One-click OAuth — appends a row per submission to your sheet
- Notion: One-click OAuth — creates a page per submission in a chosen database
- Airtable: One-click OAuth — creates a record per submission in a chosen base and table
- Mailchimp: One-click OAuth — adds submitters as subscribers to a chosen audience
