Team
Invite collaborators with role-based access. Available on Agency plans.
Team lets you invite collaborators to your workspace so they can manage forms alongside you. Each invitee can have Admin access (every form, every action) or be restricted to a single form.
Members inherit your plan
Teammates use your Agency-plan features at no extra per-seat cost. If you downgrade, team access pauses automatically — members keep their invitations but can't sign in until you re-upgrade. No surprise charges.
Inviting a teammate
Open Workspace → Team
Enter their email
Choose access level
- Admin — full access — every form, every action.
- Specific form — single form you select from a dropdown.
Send invite

| Member | Name + email (or email + "Pending invitation" for unaccepted invites). |

Removing a teammate
Clicking Remove on a member row asks for confirmation. Removed members lose access immediately and their pending invitation (if any) is cancelled.
Tier gating
Team requires an Agency plan. On Free or Pro, the Team page shows an upsell card listing what Agency adds (unlimited members, two roles, members inherit Agency-tier features) and links to pricing.
