Security
The sign-in methods connected to your account.
Security shows every way you can sign in to Static Forms. There are two: a Google account and a one-time code sent to your email. The one-time code method is always available; the Google connection is optional.
Connect your Google account to enable one-click sign-in. The connection row shows either:
- Connected — the Google account email is displayed, plus a Disconnect button (with confirm).
- Not connected — copy: "Not connected — link Google from the sign-in page." You can connect it the next time you sign in by clicking the Google option.
Different emails are fine
Your Google account doesn't need to match your Static Forms email. You can sign in with either after connecting.
One-time code
The default sign-in method. Static Forms emails you a short code every time you sign in; the code expires in a few minutes. This is always available — you can't disable it, but you also don't need to manage it.
What happens if you disconnect Google
Nothing breaks. You can still sign in via the one-time code. To re-enable Google sign-in later, click the Google button on the sign-in page.
Lost access to your email?
If you can't receive emails to your account address (e.g. you changed jobs and lost the inbox), use /lost-access-key for recovery. Don't try to create a duplicate account — it won't see your forms.
