Inbox Overview

Every submission across every form, in one place.

Inbox is the unified surface for every form submission in your workspace. Open it from the sidebar to triage incoming messages, mark spam, reply, or drill into the delivery timeline of any submission.

Layout

The page uses a two-pane layout on desktop, with the forms list on the left and submissions on the right. On mobile, the panes stack — the forms list opens first, then drills into a specific form's submissions.

The forms list

  • Every form you have access to, grouped by personal forms then team forms.
  • Each row shows the form name and an unread-submission count.
  • The star icon pins a form to the top of the list — handy when you have lots of forms but spend most of your time in a few.

Submission tabs

The right pane has three tabs, each with an unread-count badge:

  • Inbox — submissions delivered normally.
  • Spam — submissions filtered by the form's spam filter.
  • All — both inbox and spam together.

Each submission row shows the sender's name (extracted from common fields like name and email), a short subject (extracted from subject or message), and a relative timestamp ("2h ago", "Yesterday").

Pagination

50 submissions load initially. Click Load more at the bottom to fetch the next page. Older submissions stay in the database indefinitely — there's no auto-deletion unless you delete a submission manually.

Submissions stay tied to the form

If you delete a form, its submissions go with it. To keep records before deleting, export first — see Managing submissions.
