Form Submissions

Store, review, and export submissions from your dashboard

Form Submissions lets you store incoming submissions in your Static Forms dashboard so you can browse history, inspect payloads, and export data as CSV when needed.

Enable Form Collection

Open Settings

Turn On Collection

Enable the form collection switch so new submissions are stored in your account.

Review Stored Data

New entries will appear in your submissions table with status and timestamp metadata.

CSV Export

Use Export to CSV in Form Submissions settings to receive an email with your CSV attachment. This is useful for reporting, backups, and importing data into analytics tools.

Email Notification Interplay

If form collection is enabled, you can choose whether to keep immediate email notifications enabled in Settings → Email Preferences.

Usage Accounting

Stored submissions still count toward your monthly email usage limits, even when notification emails are disabled.

Data Management Tips

Use Filters Before Export

Review and clean submissions before export so downstream tools only receive the records you need.

Remove Test Entries

Delete development or QA submissions regularly to keep your dashboard focused on production data.

Keep CSVs Protected

CSV exports may contain personal data. Store files securely and delete local copies when no longer needed.
