Overage Billing
PRONever miss a form submission again! Pro and Advanced users can now enable overage billing to keep receiving form submissions even after exceeding their monthly email quota. Pay only for what you use, billed at the end of each period.
- Opt-in overage billing per account — disabled by default
- Pro plan: $1.00 per 1,000 extra emails · Advanced plan: $0.50 per 1,000
- Metered usage reported to Stripe and billed at end of billing period
- Quota warning emails at 80% and 90% of monthly limit
- 7-day grace period if an overage invoice payment fails
- Automatic email notifications for billing events (overage started, payment failed, restored)
- Overage usage visible in account settings with estimated cost

Remove Email Branding
PROClean, professional notification emails! Pro and Advanced users can now remove Static Forms branding from form submission notification emails for a fully white-labeled experience.
- Remove header logo, footer, and copyright text from notification emails
- Default subject line changes from "Static Form - New Form Submission" to "New Form Submission"
- Opt-in setting available in Branding settings
- Applies to all child accounts under the parent plan automatically
- Custom subject lines via form data are unaffected

Domain Restriction

- Whitelist up to 20 domains per account
- Automatic subdomain support (e.g., adding "example.com" allows "app.example.com")

- Independent settings for each child account (not inherited from parent)
