Domain Restriction

- Whitelist up to 20 domains per account
- Automatic subdomain support (e.g., adding "example.com" allows "app.example.com")
- Optional localhost bypass toggle for local development
- Independent settings for each child account (not inherited from parent)
- Clear error messages when submissions are rejected from unauthorized domains
- Checks Origin and Referer headers automatically

AI Reply Priority Fix
FIXFixed an issue where both AI Reply and Auto Responder were being sent simultaneously when both were configured. AI Reply now takes precedence over Auto Responder, ensuring only one automated response is sent per submission.
