Understanding Static Forms plans, features, and billing
Static Forms offers two tiers: Free and Pro. Choose the plan that best fits your needs. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.

Free Plan
Perfect for personal projects and small websites:
- 500 emails per month
- Basic form submissions
- reCAPTCHA v2 support
- Honeypot spam protection
- Email notifications
- No credit card required
Pro Plan
For businesses and high-traffic sites:
- 25,000 emails per month
- All Free plan features
- File uploads (up to 5MB per file)
- Webhooks for integrations
- Auto-responders
- ALTCHA and reCAPTCHA v3
- Optional submission storage
- Child accounts for team management
Upgrading to Pro
To upgrade your account:
Select Pro Plan
Click "Upgrade to Pro" and choose your billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
Enter Payment Information
Provide your payment details. We accept credit and debit cards through Stripe.
Activation
Your Pro features will be activated immediately after payment confirmation.
Downgrading to Free
You can downgrade to Free tier at any time:
Go to Billing Settings
Navigate to Settings → Billing.
Cancel Subscription
Click "Cancel Subscription" or "Downgrade to Free".
Confirmation
Confirm the downgrade. You'll continue to have Pro access until the end of your billing period.
Billing Period
When you downgrade, you'll retain Pro features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to Free tier.
Child Accounts (Pro Feature)
Pro tier users can create child accounts for team management:
- Each child account has its own API key
- Separate usage tracking per account
- Centralized billing under parent account
- Perfect for managing multiple projects or clients

Billing Cycles
Pro plans are available on monthly or yearly billing cycles. Yearly plans offer discounts.
Refunds
We offer refunds within 30 days of purchase. Contact support for assistance.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime with no penalties. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
Usage Limits
Understanding your plan limits:
- Monthly Email Limits: Reset monthly on a rolling basis
- File Size: 5MB per file (Pro only)
- ALTCHA Rate Limit: 10 requests per minute per API key
- Form Submissions: No per-minute limits, only monthly email limits
