Introducing New Plans and Policies for Static Forms

We're excited to announce significant updates to Static Forms plans and policies, designed to better serve our growing user base while maintaining the security and reliability you've come to expect.

What's Changing?

Free, Pro, and Advanced Plans

We've introduced a structured approach to our service with three distinct plans:

• Free Plan: Includes a generous usage allowance suitable for most personal projects and small to medium websites
• Pro Plan: Designed for higher volume needs, offering increased limits and additional features
• Advanced Plan: Built for high-volume teams that need significantly higher limits and priority support

Good news: All existing accounts are automatically enrolled in the Free plan, which includes enough capacity for the majority of our users.

Extended Grace Period

We understand that transitioning to a new pricing model requires time and planning. To ensure a smooth transition, we're providing an extended grace period:

• If your usage exceeds the Free plan threshold, your service will continue uninterrupted until April 30, 2025
• Starting May 2025, if you exceed the Free plan limits, email sending will pause for the remainder of that month until you upgrade to a paid plan (Pro or Advanced)

This gives you nearly a full year to evaluate your needs and make any necessary adjustments.

reCAPTCHA Is Now Optional

Based on your valuable feedback, we've made reCAPTCHA integration optional for all users:

• You can now choose whether to implement reCAPTCHA on your forms
• It will only become mandatory if we detect spam submissions from your form
• If spam is detected, you'll have 14 days to configure reCAPTCHA

This change provides more flexibility in how you design and implement your forms while still maintaining robust protection when needed.
